SDG Commitment

Radiant Teluk Sari integrates sustainability through initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on community empowerment, environmental awareness, and marine conservation.



SDG 1: No Poverty
Through the blue economy approach, Radiant Teluk Sari supports sustainable community development by promoting responsible use of coastal resources, knowledge sharing, and initiatives such as hydroponic systems that encourage resource efficiency and sustainable practices.



SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
Radiant Teluk Sari contributes to sustainable coastal communities through environmental research and conservation initiatives, including microplastic data collection, beach clean-up activities, and the Trash to Treasure programme. These efforts promote waste awareness, encourage 3R practices (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle), protect coastal environments, and inspire communities to adopt more sustainable practices.



SDG 14: Life Below Water
Through marine education programmes, biodiversity activities, and field-based learning such as intertidal sampling and plankton observation, Radiant Teluk Sari promotes ocean literacy from a young age. The development and publication of four educational workbooks for school camps. Island Hopping Workbook, Coastal Formation Workbook, Night Crabbing Workbook, and Plankton Workbook that provide interactive learning experiences that encourage students to understand, appreciate, and protect marine ecosystems.
