Module synopsis

After consulting for hundreds of companies, we have found 3 all-to-common leadership shortcomings in business management:​

i) Stagnant and sub-optimal Vision, Goals and Strategies to meet the challenges ahead. Often this is a result of a blinkered perspective, and a weak, play-it-safe strategy-development process. ​

ii) Lack of belief in, and engagement with, the company’s Vision, Goals and Strategies, by their employees. The vast majority of employees do not find any personal meaning in their company’s direction, and this is both mind-boggling, and a huge wasted opportunity.​
